Pricing
Does the price go up when my dose goes up?
The short answer
No. After your first month, Zenbody charges one flat monthly price for your treatment, and it stays the same when your clinician raises, holds or lowers your dose.
Why people ask this first
Some GLP‑1 programs price by dose. You start cheap on a low dose, and every step up costs more, so a few months in the bill can look nothing like the price that got you to sign up. If that’s happened to you, you’re right to ask before you start.
How dosing works here
Most people start on a low dose of compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide. Your licensed clinician sets a dose schedule, and if it’s right for you, your dose steps up on that schedule. If side effects get in the way, they can keep you where you are or lower your dose instead.
None of that touches your bill.
The monthly price for each treatment
- Semaglutide injection: $149 the first month, then $249 a month
- Semaglutide tablet: $199 the first month, then $299 a month
- Tirzepatide injection: $179 the first month, then $299 a month
- Tirzepatide tablet: $299 the first month, then $349 a month
The first month is a lower intro price while you’re on the starting dose. After that, the regular price applies at every dose, and it covers your clinician, your medication and shipping. The full breakdown shows what your first two months add up to.
And no membership fee
Some programs add a monthly membership on top of the medication. Zenbody doesn’t. The prices above are the whole monthly cost.

Common questions
Why is the first month cheaper?
It’s an intro price for your first month at the starting dose. From month two, you pay the regular monthly price.
What if my clinician lowers my dose?
Your price stays the same. Holding or lowering a dose is a medical decision, and it doesn’t change what you pay.
Does the price change if I move from the injection to the tablet?
Yes, because each form has its own price, and the tablet costs more for both medicines. Tablet or injection compares the two.
Is shipping extra?
No. Shipping is included in the monthly price.
