Your plan
Can I stop or pause my Zenbody plan anytime?
The short answer
Yes. Zenbody plans are month to month, so you can end yours anytime by emailing support@zenbody.com or calling 833-GO-ZEN-RX, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Ending your plan is free. If you only need a break, you can move your next delivery date instead.
How to end your plan
- Send an email or call. Write to support@zenbody.com from the email on your account and include your name, or call 833-GO-ZEN-RX, that’s (833) 469-3679.
- Do it at least 48 hours before your next billing date, so the next month isn’t charged.
- Keep a copy of your email for your records.
You won’t sign a long contract, and there’s no membership to end separately. Your plan is one monthly charge, and once it ends, that charge stops.
How to pause instead
Maybe you’re traveling, or it’s a hard month, or you want to talk about side effects first. Email support@zenbody.com or call 833-GO-ZEN-RX at least 48 hours before your next billing date and we’ll move your next delivery back. Your billing date moves with it.
If side effects are the reason, message your clinician as well. They can keep you at your current dose or lower it, and your monthly price stays the same either way.
If you come back later
Get in touch with support. A licensed clinician will look at whether treatment is still right for you before anything ships again.
Haven’t started yet and wanted to know this first? Start your assessment when you’re ready. Compounded semaglutide is $149 the first month, then $249 a month as an injection, and compounded tirzepatide is $179, then $299. If you’re not approved, you’re fully refunded.
Common questions
Can I get a refund for a month that already shipped?
No. Every order is prepared for you, so once it goes to the pharmacy it can’t be refunded. If your order hasn’t gone to the pharmacy yet, you can get a refund. The refund policy has the details.
Is there a fee to end my plan?
No. Ending your plan is free.
Do I have to call?
No. An email to support@zenbody.com works. A call is fine too, if you’d rather talk to someone.
