What happens if I'm not approved?

By Zenbody Published 3 min read

The short answer

If you’re not approved, you’re fully refunded. Your card is charged at checkout when you finish the assessment, and a licensed clinician reviews your answers after that.

Paying before the review

We’d rather say this plainly than tuck it into fine print: payment comes first, and the review comes second. Some people don’t love that, and it’s a fair thing to weigh. That’s why the refund promise sits right next to it, and it’s written into our refund policy.

How the review works

After checkout, a clinician licensed in the state where you live reads your health history and your answers. Zenbody’s clinicians work through Remedora Inc., PC, a medical group. They decide whether compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide is appropriate for you, and at what dose. A marketing team doesn’t make that call. Neither does a quiz score.

Review typically takes about 24 hours. It can take longer, for example when the clinician needs more information from you.

Why someone might not be approved

A clinician may decide treatment isn’t right for you because of your health history, other medicines you take, or another medical reason. That’s why a real clinician reviews every case before anything is prescribed.

The refund, step by step

  1. The clinician decides treatment isn’t right for you.
  2. Zenbody sends your refund within 48 hours, for the full amount you paid.
  3. Your bank shows the credit, which can take up to 5 business days.

Before you start

You’ll need about 3 minutes and a rough idea of your health history and current medicines. Here’s what it costs:

  • Semaglutide: $149 the first month, then $249 a month for the injection, or $199 then $299 for the tablet
  • Tirzepatide: $179 the first month, then $299 a month for the injection, or $299 then $349 for the tablet

Ready when you are. Start your assessment. If you’re not approved, you’re fully refunded.
