Which pharmacy fills Zenbody prescriptions?
The short answer
Zenbody’s compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections are filled by Rx Route, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Tomball, Texas. The daily tablets are filled by Epiq Scripts in Richardson, Texas, and the pharmacy that filled your order is named on your medication label.
Why people ask
If you’ve used a compounded GLP‑1 before, you know the pharmacy matters. The telehealth company runs the visit and the billing. The pharmacy is who actually prepares what you take. So it’s fair to want a name.
Zenbody isn’t a pharmacy. It connects you with licensed clinicians through Remedora Inc., PC, a medical group, and with the partner pharmacies that fill what those clinicians prescribe. Both are listed in Zenbody’s terms of service.

“503A” means the pharmacy prepares each medication for one specific patient with a prescription, under its state board of pharmacy. Zenbody is LegitScript certified. LegitScript checks that online health businesses follow the law and pharmacy rules, and the link shows the current status.
Look up a pharmacy’s license yourself
You don’t have to take our word for it. It takes a couple of minutes, and it’s free:
- Find the pharmacy name on your medication label.
- Search its home state’s board of pharmacy. Both of Zenbody’s pharmacies are in Texas, so start with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. NABP’s directory of state boards links to every other state’s board.
- Check that the license is active, not expired or under discipline.
- Then search your own state’s board. A pharmacy that ships to you from another state generally needs a license in your state too, not just in its home state.

Common questions
Is the pharmacy in the United States?
Yes. Both partner pharmacies are U.S. licensed pharmacies in Texas.
Why is my injection box warm when it arrives?
That’s normal. Injections are packed with ice packs, and by the time the box gets to you the packs have often melted. It’s normal for vials to be at room temperature on arrival, and they’re still good to use. If a shipping delay holds up your package, the pharmacy reships it.
How does my medication get to me?
It ships in discreet packaging, and shipping is included in your monthly price. After approval, delivery typically takes about 2 business days.
What if my order shows up damaged?
Don’t use it. Contact support at support@zenbody.com or 833-GO-ZEN-RX and ask for a replacement at no charge.
