Pricing
What does Zenbody cost after the first month?
The short answer
After your first month, Zenbody costs $249 a month for compounded semaglutide injections, $299 for semaglutide tablets, $299 for compounded tirzepatide injections, or $349 for tirzepatide tablets. That price covers your licensed clinician, your medication and shipping, with no membership fee on top.
Every price, month one and after
| Treatment | First month | Every month after |
|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide, weekly injection | $149 | $249 |
| Semaglutide, daily tablet | $199 | $299 |
| Tirzepatide, weekly injection | $179 | $299 |
| Tirzepatide, daily tablet | $299 | $349 |
Month one is an intro price at your starting dose. From month two on, you pay the “every month after” price, whatever your dose. You’ll see your exact price before you pay.
Why month two costs more
A lot of people have been stung by a price that jumped with no warning. So here it is plainly: the first month is a discount, and the second month is the regular price. That’s the only change.
Here’s the math for semaglutide injections: $149, then $249, so your first two months come to $398. For tirzepatide injections it’s $179 plus $299, which is $478.
After that, the monthly price holds. A dose change from your clinician doesn’t move it.
What you get for the monthly price
- A licensed clinician who reviews your health history and adjusts your dose when they decide it’s time
- Your compounded medication, prepared by a licensed pharmacy
- Shipping in discreet packaging, included
- Messages with the clinical team between deliveries
Plans are month to month. You won’t sign a long contract, and you can end your plan whenever you want.
Want to see which treatment fits you? Start your assessment. It takes about 3 minutes, and if you’re not approved, you’re fully refunded.
Common questions
Does the price change when my dose goes up?
No. After month one you pay one flat monthly price at every dose, so a dose change from your clinician won’t change your bill.
When is my card charged?
At checkout, once you finish the assessment. That’s before a clinician reviews it. If you’re not approved, you’re fully refunded.
Do I need insurance?
No. Zenbody is self-pay. In many cases you can use an FSA or HSA card, and you’ll get itemized receipts. Whether it counts depends on your plan; here’s how to check.
Can I ask about pricing before I start?
Yes. Call 833-GO-ZEN-RX, that’s (833) 469-3679, toll-free.
