Refund Policy

If you’re not approved, you’re fully refunded.

Your card is charged at checkout, when you finish your assessment. A licensed clinician then reviews it. If they decide treatment isn’t right for you, we refund the full amount.

How long refunds take

We send refunds within 48 hours. Your bank may take up to 5 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Ending your plan

Ending your plan is free. Email support@zenbody.com from the email on your account, or call 833-GO-ZEN-RX, that’s (833) 469-3679. To avoid your next charge, let us know at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Orders that are already being filled

Every medication is prepared for you by a licensed pharmacy. Once an order has gone to the pharmacy for fulfillment, it can’t be refunded. If your order hasn’t gone to the pharmacy yet, we’ll refund it.
